4 Day at Home Workout Plan
This 4x a week workout plan can be done at home or in the gym. You only need one set of dumbbells to complete the workout. Video demonstrations are found on the home page under "video demonstrations." This plan comes with 2 workout schedules. Week 1-2, and Week 3-4. You can alternate between the 2 weeks.
