Hi! Thank you for being here! My name is Carey Miller. I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, AED & CPR certified. I have also taken 3 college level nutrition courses. My passion is to help women and mothers get away from yo-yo dieting, gaining and losing the same weight, detoxes, waist trainers and instead teach you healthy habits that will last you a lifetime. My plans do not eliminate any specific food groups- you can still eat the same foods you do now, but we will work on increasing protein intake and micronutrients that will help with satiety. Lifelong success with being healthy doesn’t need to be difficult and I will teach you everything you need to know!
