Back Stretches

This stretch is called Cobra, & stretches your lower back.

This stretch is a Knee To Chest Twist for your back and hip flexors. 

This stretch is called Cat Cow. It helps reduce back pain, and correct posture. 

Lower Body Stretches

This stretch is a Toe Touch for your hamstring and calves. 

This stretch is a called Knelling Hamstring Stretch and stretches your hamstring.

This stretch is a standing glute stretch. Can be done standing without TRX as well.

This stretch is a Downward Dog for your hamstring and calves. 

This stretch is called Childs Pose and is for your spine, hips, and ankles. 

This stretch is called Runners Lunge and is for your quads, glutes and core.

This stretch is called a Standing Quadricep Stretch and it stretches your quads. 

This stretch is a seated IT band stretch. 

This stretch is a pigeon stretch. This position stretches hip flexors and glutes.

Neck
Stretches

This stretch is for the back of your neck. Bring your chin to your chest and hold 10 seconds. 

This stretch is for the side of your neck. Gently place your hand on your head and tilt to your shoulder. 

This stretch is for the front of your neck. Gently lean your head back and hold 10 seconds. 

Arm
Stretches

This stretch is called a Standing Shoulder Stretch and it stretches your shoulders. Hold each arm 5-10 seconds 3x.

This stretch is called a Standing Shoulder & Tricep Stretch. Hold each arm 5-10 seconds 3x.

Torso
Stretches

This is a seated Torso Stretch. This stretch helps with mobility and posture.
