This is a lat pull down. Can be done with cables or a machine like this. 

This is a cable lat pull down. Muscles worked: lats, traps, biceps, rhomboids, tricep, rotator cuff, forearm, and core muscles. 

This exercise is an assisted pull up. (can be done without bands or with a machine) Muscles worked: lats, trapezius, the rhomboids, biceps, teres major and the posterior deltoids. 

This exercise is a chin up. Muscles worked: lats, trapezius, the rhomboids, biceps, abdominals, forearms, scapular, shoulder stabilizers, and the teres major. 

This exercise is a dumbbell pullover. Muscles worked: lats, and chest muscles.

This exercise is a single arm kettlebell row. Muscles worked: lats, biceps, traps, forearms, core and rhomboids.

This exercise is a bent over wide row. Muscles worked: lats, the middle and lower trapezius, the rhomboids, and the posterior deltoids. 

This exercise is a renegade row. Muscles worked: lats, the rhomboids, core, shoulders and arms.

This exercise is a single arm DB row done on a bench. Muscles worked: lats, the rhomboids, traps, biceps, forearms and core. It is similar to the kettlebell row except you're using a bench.

This exercise is a TRX wide row. Muscles worked: lats, the middle and lower trapezius, the rhomboids, posterior deltoids and core. 

This exercise is a TRX row. Muscles worked: lats, trapezius, rhomboids, posterior deltoids and teres major. 

This exercise is a Seated Cable Row. Muscles worked: lats, trapezius, biceps, rhomboids, posterior deltoids, teres major and minor. 

This exercise is a Inverted Narrow Grip Row. Muscles worked: lats, trapezius, biceps, rhomboids, & posterior deltoids,  

This exercise is a Inverted Wide Grip Row. Muscles worked: lats, trapezius, biceps, wrist flexors, teres minor, rhomboids, & posterior deltoids,
